Walk for Her welcomes everyone who believes in equality, empowerment, and the strength of women.

Walk for Her is open to alumni of Sainik Schools as well as the general public who support the cause of equality and empowerment. The walkathon encourages participation from students, parents, educators, and community members, creating a united platform to inspire young girls to pursue disciplined education and leadership opportunities through Sainik Schools.

Is registration mandatory to participate?
Yes. Registration is mandatory for all participants. Only registered participants will be allowed to join the walkathon.
Only SSGK OBA alumni are considered eligible under the alumni category.
  • SSGK OBA Alumni: Free
  • All Other Participants: ₹1000 per participant
Yes. Wearing the official Walk for Her T-shirt is mandatory for all participants during the event.

Each registered participant will receive:

  • Official Walk for Her T-shirt
  • Bib number
  • Finisher medal
  • Participation certificate
  • Access to event photographs
  • Refreshments at the venue
The start and finish point for the walkathon is 1090 Chauraha, Lucknow.
On-spot registration is not recommended and will be subject to availability. Participants are strongly advised to complete registration in advance.
All participants must report by 5:00 AM on the event day.
